Irelands answer to Megan Fox!! Dana Arikane joins Andrea Roche Model Agency!
The stunning Dana Arikane has recently just joined Andrea’s agency, not only is she hot but she is such a genuine girl and if you happen to be following her on Twitter you’ll know she’s hilarious! A definite friendship formed on this shoot and during makeup application, this girl is only a Whatsapp away and I wish her the best of luck in the future with her career with her new agency.
The Photographer of this shoot was none other than the award winning Dermot Byrne and Fashion stylist on the day was Gill Keogh Styling.
Dermot is such a pleasure to work with, he certainly knows what he’s doing thats for sure! He got each shot pretty much straight away, the day ran so quickly because of this. As you can tell I’ve worked with Gill quite a bit, she’s brill, loved seeing her in her element on this shoot!
We had decided on a location in advance but unfortunately when we got there it was inaccessible, literally. Cemented up in fact. We improvised and used the surrounding location after sussing it out, we weren’t going to waste a perfectly good opportunity to create something fun!
I did Dana’s makeup in a nearby hotel, We went with the smokey eye effect, this shoot was more about the fashion and fab location and what we could create rather than makeup 🙂 I’ve done so many bikini and lingerie shoots so i wanted this just as sexy but without the need for too much nakedness! She is so versatile!
Dana’s hair styling was a combined effort between us all, she has lovely naturally thick hair so between the three of us we maintained it throughout the day. Needless to say Dermot didn’t partake much in this part 🙂 The wind on the day was helpful when it came to hair for the shots, it blew perfectly..most times!
It was absolutely freezing on the day, not that you can tell in these shots! Fair play to Dana for getting into next to nothing for some of the shots in the cold but she never complained once. She went from shivering to sultry the minute she was in front of the camera. Of course Gill and I looked after her with a blanket on standby between shots.
After we were done we all went to the local for some chips and burgers, and for a sneak preview of the shots. Dermot was very accommodating by letting us choose between us all which shots would make the final cut before editing, this was a great idea because we all specialise in different areas and would spot and look out for different things, however every shot we picked was the same so it worked out perfect!
Enough of my rambling! Il leave you to browse the shots 🙂
