As I mentioned in my Top Tips for Healthy Eating post I like to keep a jug of water with sliced lemon in the fridge to make drinking 2 – 3 litres of water a day a little more fun! It also helps to subside the fizzy drinks craving because let’s face it water can get a bit boring! My friend and I are both always trying to find little ways to keep our healthy eating journey in check so we picked up these fruit infusing water bottles online here and only cost €6.99!
I can now pretty much carry around that jug of sliced lemon water in a stylish 700ml form! These are reduced from €19.99 and there’s limited availability according to the website so I would get purchasing fast! They come in 5 different colours too. I have also found a similar Fruit Fusion product with a citrus press here! Of course you can put any fruit inside the compartment but I’m a big fan of Lemon Water! Be warned though, it makes you increase your water intake..alot!!
